We are currently seeking a motivated, commercially focused and results driven Account Manager to join our growing Keysborough operation.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key responsibilities

- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted workforce solutions partner
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, increase market share and contribute to branch profitability
- Oversee the successful delivery of labour hire services, ensuring client expectations and workforce requirements are consistently met
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely placement and ongoing management of suitable candidates
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local industrial market
- Monitor account performance, service delivery, workforce productivity and commercial outcomes
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies

About you

- Previous experience in account management, recruitment, labour hire,



workforce management or a related industry
- A strong understanding of the industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, transport or logistics sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive account growth
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A hands on, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to customer service
- The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational supervisors through to senior management
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team
