Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who loves being on the road, building customer partnerships and driving growth?

We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded Account Manager, Merchants to join GWA's Sales team based in Mayfield, NSW. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the trusted partner to a portfolio of merchant customers, helping grow market share, strengthen relationships, and drive sales across GWA's leading brands and product categories.

What you'll do

- Grow sales, margin and market share across your territory.
- Build strong relationships with merchant customers and key purchasing contacts.
- Deliver product training, demonstrations and technical support.
- Identify new opportunities and execute sales growth plans.
- Maintain high-quality displays,



merchandising and customer engagement.
- Provide market insights on customer activity, competitors and industry trends.

About you

- Proven experience in account management, territory sales or business development.
- A natural relationship builder with robust commercial acumen.
- Self-motivated, organised and results focused.
- Confident presenting products and engaging customers face-to-face.
- Experience within plumbing, building products, trade, wholesale or merchant channels will be highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence required.
