About The Company

Our client is a family-owned Australian business with 35+ years’ experience designing and manufacturing custom steel stair kits. They deliver Australia-wide.

About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while developing new business opportunities. You will own the customer journey from first enquiry and quoting through to order, production and delivery.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and quoting customer requirements accurately using MYOB
- Following up outstanding quotes and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to grow sales
- Keeping customer and opportunity records accurate and up to date in Pipedrive
- Tracking orders through production and keeping customers informed of delivery timelines
- Taking ownership of customer issues and coordinating a timely resolution

About You The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience,



ideally phone-based or B2B/trade rather than retail-only
- Full Australian work rights, ongoing with no visa restrictions
- Confident, clear phone communication and a professional manner
- A willingness to make proactive outbound calls, not just handle inbound enquiries
- Comfort working in a small, close-knit team without layers of support to lean on
- CRM/ERP experience, with Pipedrive and MYOB knowledge highly regarded though not essential
