Viewix is a Sydney-based social video agency specialising in high-performing Reels and Meta ads that drive qualified inbound leads rather than vanity metrics. Founded in 2022, the agency has quickly grown into a collaborative team of more than 13 video producers. The team is based in Sydney’s Inner West and focuses on delivering measurable results for clients through data-informed creative and a strong emphasis on performance marketing.

About the role The Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Dulwich Hill, NSW. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with video producers, briefing creative teams, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and presentations for clients.

The Account

Manager will handle scheduling, follow-up on action items, manage feedback cycles, and proactively identify opportunities to improve results and deepen client relationships. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and creatives to maintain high-quality service, smooth communication, and consistent execution of social video and Meta ad campaigns.

Qualifications

- Experience in client account management, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.




- Understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and Meta), digital marketing concepts, and performance-focused campaigns.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site with creative and production teams, contributing to collaborative workflows and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with common productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project tracking software) and basic data/reporting skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in video or creative production environments, or interest in social video content, is highly beneficial.
