About the Role

As the Account Manager – VIC, TAS & SA at HOWMET FASTENING SYSTEMS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. This full-time, office-based role is a critical part of the sales and account management team, focused on driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support growth and retention

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region

- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery

- Prepare and present account plans, proposals, and client-facing materials

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify improvements

- Provide feedback to enhance product and service offerings

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors

- Experience in any industrial sector is acceptable and valued

- Minimum of 3-5 years of account management or sales experience

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels





- Commercial acumen and problem-solving capability

- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools

- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

- Relevant professional experience can substitute for formal tertiary qualifications
