Due to an upcoming audit project, they are seeking an experienced Accounts All Rounder to join the team on a fixed-term contract and provide hands-on support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will join a close-knit finance team and play a key role in keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly during a busy project period.

Your responsibilities will include

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Preparing payment runs and ABA files
- Allocating customer payments and matching remittances
- Maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records in NetSuite
- Investigating and reconciling deductions and incentives
- Credit card reconciliations
- Supporting general finance administration and ad hoc tasks as required





This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can quickly become a valued member of the team.

What you need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will bring:

- Previous experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Exposure to NetSuite or a similar ERP system will be highly regarded
- Availability to commence in early November
