The Role

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. This full time, permanent, high-paced position will see you:

- Prepare and process creditor pay runs.

- Reconcile creditor balances and statements.

- Assist with accounts receivable activities.

- Complete vendor/creditor onboarding, including credit applications, ABN and bank account checks.

The Person

- Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in an Accounts Payable role.

- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

- Experience with Jobpac and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.

- Proactive and positive approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
