Our client is a very well known organisation based in North Sydneylooking for a Accounts Payable/Finance Officer to join the team on a permanent, full time. They are close to the train station with with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week once trained!
The Role
- Responsible for calculating payments for a portfolio of customers;
- Preparing ad-hoc invoices
- Assisting finance manager with AP & invoicing.
- Liaising directly with clients on payments due.
- General office ad-hoc duties
About You
- Previous experience in a similar Finance/AP/Accounts position
- Ability to work in a fluid workplace and assist the wider team when required
- Experience working with a large ERP system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service focus.
