About the role

We're looking for an Advanced Skin Therapist who loves anti-ageing skin health and gets real satisfaction from helping women feel incredible in their own skin. This is a casual role, with the option of moving to part time or full time for the right candidate. Most of your time will be spent on advanced skin treatments and client education. You'll also help with front of house coordination, so every client gets a warm, seamless experience from the moment she walks in.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver advanced skin treatments including DMK Enzyme Therapy, Nano Fractional RF, Diamond Polar skin tightening, IPL, Venus Glow and LED
- Run in-depth skin consultations supported by AI skin analysis, and track each client's progress through the seasons
- Create tailored treatment and homecare plans using medical-grade cosmeceutical range
- Teach clients about their skin, what their cosmeceutical ingredients do, and how skin, gut health and hormonal change are connected
- Support clients on the 12-Month Blueprint Skin Membership as they move through their treatment journey
- Work closely with registered nurses to make sure every client gets a complete plan
- Recommend products and treatments honestly, with realistic expectations
- Help with front of house coordination, including bookings in Phorest, client communication and keeping the clinic running smoothly
- Keep accurate, detailed treatment records

About you

- Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
- At least 2 years' experience in skin treatments




- Extensive experience with advanced facial treatments, especially anti-ageing treatments
- Solid knowledge of common cosmeceutical skincare ingredients and how they work on the skin
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Think on your feet and stay calm and solution-focused when the day changes
- Passionate about education and love helping clients understand their skin
- Committed to learning and professional development

Highly Regarded

- DMK Enzyme Therapy experience or training
- Experience with energy-based devices such as RF, IPL or skin tightening
- Experience with Phorest or a similar booking system
