/n Summary: /n We are seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team at Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd – Kerrisdale Gardens in Beaconsfield, Mackay on a fixed-term, part-time basis to provide parental leave cover until 1 May 2027. /n As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, staff and external providers. You will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment for everyone who enters our facility. /n The position is 2 days per week – Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm, with the potential to provide additional cover when required. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n

- Welcoming residents, families, visitors and contractors

/n

- Answering and directing telephone calls and enquiries

/n

- Managing reception and general administrative duties

/n

- Responding to emails and correspondence

/n

- Assisting with appointments, enquiries and visitor sign-in

/n

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

/n

- Providing general administrative support to the facility and management team

/n

- Maintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming reception environment

/n

- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
