We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Airport Rental Service Agent to join our car rental operations at Hobart Airport, TAS.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role - perfect for someone who enjoys driving, customer service, and keeping cars in top condition.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Pick up and drop off customers from Hobart Airport via company shuttle
- Greet customers and process Car Rental Agreements
- Take reference photos for any existing damages before releasing car & keys
- Inspect vehicles upon return, collect keys and complete handover documentation
- Clean and prepare vehicles (wash, vacuum, tidy) for the next rental
- Maintain high presentation of vehicles and customer service area

Requirements:
- Full Valid Australian Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Full time availability - 5 days per week




- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Punctual, presentable and physically able to clean cars
- Right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded:
- Experience with Car Rental Manager Software or similar rental systems
- Previous experience in car rental, airport operations, shuttle driving or hospitality
