About the role

This is a hands-on role involving a combination of machinery operation, site maintenance, civil works and general labouring within an active mining environment. No two days are necessarily the same, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy challenging and varied work.

Key responsibilities

- Operate machinery including excavators, skid steers/bobcats, front end loaders, graders, articulated dump trucks (Moxy), and HR trucks

- Undertake manual labour including shovelling, water hosing, cleaning and general site maintenance

- Develop, write and complete Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Risk Assessments

- Identify hazards, assess risks and implement appropriate control measures

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with mine site procedures

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Maintain a professional attitude and take pride in the quality of work

About you

- Demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following: excavators, skid steers/bobcats, front end loaders, graders, articulated dump trucks (Moxy), HR trucks

- Experience operating remote-controlled machinery will be highly regarded

- Hold relevant machinery tickets, licences and/or demonstrated operating experience





- Sound experience developing, writing and completing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Risk Assessments

- Physically capable and willing to undertake manual labour

- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions

- Flexible and willing to work occasional night shifts and weekends

- Reside within approximately 50 minutes' travel of Greenbushes, Western Australia
