Your New Advisory

Partnering with explorers raising capital, miners already in production and every stage in between, you'll cut across nearly every commodity possible and even most continents through companies with global assets. Continuing with organic expansion, we are adding another high performing team member in the corporate finance advisory division of the company.

Your Analyst Position

You've studied corporate finance, did the internships and have 12+ months working as an analyst (anywhere in the world accepted) and want to specialize in mining. Typical analyst duties including market research, assisting in financial due diligence, helping in the data room, contributing to slide decks/client pitches, predominantly on the sell side for M&A.; Working within a pool of analysts, you'll develop strong relationships with your peers and those that have come before you now leading the team.

From time to time you may be utilized by other teams (ECM, DCM) for your financial modelling skills.

Your Profile

As one of Perth's premium advisory firms, the bars are set quite high - minimum 90 ATAR (95+ preferred), distinction or HD averages at top ranked universities during your related bachelor's degree studies, and internships with top tier banks or boutiques are essential to not dilute the talent on this team. Consistent outperformance will win you the initial interview. It is expected you have the skills consistent with an 'analyst II' or second year analyst, this is not a graduate hire,



12+ months experience in a relevant analyst role is essential.
