Job Summary

Experienced Technical Analyst with strong expertise in translating business requirements and solution architecture into detailed technical specifications and delivery-ready artifacts. Proven ability to analyze architecture and solution design diagrams, develop comprehensive Technical Design Specification (TDS) documents, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Skilled in converting high-level functional and technical requirements into actionable development, integration, and testing solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives, architectural standards, and project governance.

Adept at collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed Technical Design Specification (TDS) documents that clearly communicate functional and technical requirements to stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
- Analyze solution architecture and design artifacts to derive functional, technical, integration, API, UI, and database specifications.
- Translate business requirements and high-level solution designs into actionable technical deliverables for development and testing teams.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solution outcomes.
- Ensure technical specifications are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with approved architecture, business objectives,



and organizational standards.
- Support project delivery through requirement walkthroughs, technical reviews, impact assessments, and clarification sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the successful implementation of solutions by ensuring design consistency, technical feasibility, and adherence to quality standards.

About the role

- Understand business requirements and receive detailed handovers from Business Analysts to ensure complete requirement clarity.
- Analyze business needs and design comprehensive technical specifications, including UI design, API contracts, integration requirements, and database architecture.
- Conduct technical workshops and review sessions with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to validate and obtain approval for proposed technical solutions.
- Facilitate walkthroughs of technical specification documents with Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and QA teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements and solution design.
- Perform detailed analysis of customer-provided specifications by reviewing documentation, attending requirement walkthrough sessions, identifying ambiguities or gaps, and coordinating with Business Analysts to incorporate necessary clarifications and updates.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet agreed business requirements, customer expectations, and organizational standards.
- Communicate project issues, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans clearly, proactively, and promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams, fostering productive communication and ensuring successful project execution.
- Analyze application and system performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend or implement appropriate solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Develop detailed Technical Design Specification (TDS) documents that clearly communicate functional and technical requirements to Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.




- Interpret and analyze architecture solution diagrams and convert them into comprehensive functional and technical requirement specifications that can be effectively implemented by delivery teams.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by translating high-level solution designs into actionable development and testing artifacts.
- Ensure technical specifications are accurate, complete, and aligned with the approved solution architecture, business objectives, and project standards.

Skills and experience

- Robust project management capabilities with proven expertise in team coordination, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage business and technical stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and the analysis of Web APIs, Microservices, and enterprise application architectures and use AI wherever needed.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve delivery objectives and business outcomes.

- Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of driving project success, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality solutions.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, enabling effective identification, evaluation, and resolution of complex business and technical challenges.

- Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Testers, and Operations teams in a distributed delivery environment.
