Your current company A leading international education organisation is seeking an accomplished governance, compliance and risk leader to strengthen organisational assurance and support confident decision-making across Australia and New Zealand. The organisation operates in a complex, multi-site and highly regulated education environment, combining global standards with regional accountability.

Your new role

Reporting to the Global Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will partner with the Regional Head of Schools and Regional Leadership Team to lead the ANZ GRC agenda. Priorities include:

- Leading enterprise and operational risk management across the ANZ region
- Advising Regional Boards and leaders and supporting effective governance
- Strengthening compliance, assurance and regulatory engagement
- Improving governance frameworks, policies, systems and reporting
- Building GRC capability and accountability across campuses and functions
- Contributing ANZ insight to the global GRC centre of excellence





What you'll need to succeed You are a broad GRC leader grounded in risk, with the judgement and executive presence to work credibly with Boards, regulators and senior stakeholders. You will bring:

- Senior leadership experience across governance, risk and compliance in a complex or regulated organisation
- Strong operational risk capability and practical implementation experience
- Board and Committee support, governance reporting and company secretarial capability
- Credibility with executives, regulators and senior community stakeholders
- The ability to work broadly across functions and jurisdictions
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in governance, risk, business or a related discipline
