We're looking for a driven and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing financial services and wealth creation business in Broadbeach.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, booking quality appointments for our sales team in a supportive, energetic environment.
? What You'll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to warm and qualified leads
- Introduce our services and book appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
- Keep accurate call notes and records in our CRM
- Follow up with leads to maximise bookings and show-up rates
- Work towards weekly appointment targets
- Be a positive, reliable part of a close-knit team
? What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in appointment setting,
phone sales or outbound calling (desirable, but we'll train the right person)
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Drive, resilience and a results-focused mindset
- Ability to handle objections and keep a positive attitude
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Coachable, motivated and keen to earn what you're worth

- Earning potential of $1,500-$2,000+ per week (base + bonuses)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm, no weekends
