Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) is partnering with a large commercial HVAC company and is seeking 2 motivated Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates to commence a 1st Year HVAC Apprenticeship.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and work on major commercial projects across Sydney.

About the Role

- Full time apprenticeship
- Work on large commercial air conditioning and heating projects
- Learn installation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems
- Receive ongoing mentoring and support throughout your apprenticeship
- Gain a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Essential Requirements ✅ Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander

✅ Current driver's licence





✅ Reliable vehicle and ability to travel across Sydney

✅ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

✅ Commitment to completing a trade qualification
