/n Hutcheon and Pearce /n Apprentice Parts Interpreter /n Full-Time | Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm /n Dubbo, NSW /n /n We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Interpreter looking to start their career with the largest family-owned John Deere Dealer. /n /n Position Overview /n As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon and Pearce, you will hold a central position within our Dubbo Branch, serving as a vital link between our customers and company service technicians for all their parts needs.

Your role will require you to complete a diverse range of tasks, including sales and customer service, receiving and delivery of parts, as well as attachments and merchandise. /n /n With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction, while also facilitating the smooth operation of our service department. /n /n /n What You’ll Be Doing /n /n

- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.

/n

- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.

/n

- Researches and interprets parts requirements.

/n

- Places machine down and stock orders.

/n

- Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.

/n

- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.

/n

- Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.

/n

- Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.

/n

- Maintains current product knowledge.

/n

- Participates in Sales Training programs

/n /n /n As an Apprentice Parts Interpreter,



you will undertake a Certificate III in Automotive Sales through TAFE NSW over a two-year period. Your training will include a mix of in-person classes, online learning, and practical workplace experience. /n /n /n What You’ll Bring /n /n
