Job Requirements

Senior-level technical leadership position for a Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA).

Blends hands-on Pega enterprise architecture with client-facing consulting and team leadership.

Requires specialized domain experience in Banking & Financial Services.

Architectural & Design Leadership

System Architecture: Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex Pega software solutions.

Core Technical Ownership: Drive key design decisions, enterprise security protocols, API standards, and system performance monitoring.

Rule Specialization: Maintain expert-level application of all Pega rule types (UI, Harness, Flows, Flow Actions, Integration, Agents, Activities).

Technical Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve enterprise integration and technical challenges.

Team Leadership & Project Delivery

Workstream Management: Lead project modules, specific deliverables, or functional roles (Team Leader, Domain Expert, Lead Analyst).

Agile Governance: Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum processes within self-organizing teams.

Ruleset & Release Management: Oversee deployment cycles, ruleset management, skimming, package export/import,



and bulk processing tools.

Client Consulting & Engagement

Stakeholder Management: Use expert consulting skills to manage project scope, balance trade-offs, and align client expectations.

Full-Lifecycle Involvement: Drive Business Value Assessments (BVA), requirement elaborations, design sessions, and construction phases.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Experience & Certification:

Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA).

5+ years as a practicing LSA across multiple accounts.

10+ years of total Pega platform experience.

Domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services.

Technical & Debugging Proficiency

Mastery of debugging tools: Tracer, Clipboard, SMA (System Management Application), and Live UI.

Working knowledge of Robotics (RPA/RDA), API standards, and DevOps practices.

Strong foundation in SQL (Oracle) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript).

Soft Skills

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Solid client expectation management and cross-functional leadership.
