Inspiration Trees is hiring a skilled Arborist to join our Utility contract team. You're not just trimming trees, you're defending critical infrastructure. This is your chance to become a specialist in large-scale utility/powerline vegetation clearance (working with networks like Essential Energy).

This is a permanent, full-time, Monday - Friday role in a professional crew that genuinely cares about tree work, the team, and doing it well.

You’ll Master:

- Read trees like a surgeon – Spot structural defects, hidden rot, growth patterns, and hazards before they become emergencies.
- Climb where others won't – work safely, precisely and accurately around live infrastructure.
- Technical mastery under pressure – Complex aerial operations, specialised equipment, high-stakes decision-making every single day.
- Command the site – Supervise high-risk work, manage safety protocols, ensure every cut meets industry standards. Your judgment keeps people safe.
- Keep the network running – Your expertise prevents outages and protects critical infrastructure for millions of people.

Skills and qualifications:

- Certificate III in Arboriculture
- EWP ticket
- Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control
- Chainsaw and Chipper tickets
- First Aid Qualification
- Current Construction White Card
- Current Manual Driver’s License
- Reliable transport to get to and from our depot
- Current Medium Rigid (MR) License
