The Opportunity

Work outdoors with experienced arborists who care about doing it right. You'll earn while you learn, complete your Certificate III in Arboriculture, and become part of a crew that's known for professional excellence and real integrity.

This isn't a gig. It's the start of something solid.

- Earn from day one (award rate + increases as you develop)
- Full Certificate III qualification included
- Work on diverse projects: residential, commercial, utility work
- Genuine pathway to become a specialist climber, EWP operator, ground member or team leader with specialist mentors and support all the way
- Monday - Friday full time permanent role

What You’ll Do You'll learn the full craft of arboriculture:

- Tree assessment: reading health, structure, and risk
- Climbing and rigging techniques (safety first, always)
- Tree pruning, removal, and cutting
- Equipment maintenance and care
- Tree biology and identification
- Soil health: mulching, fertilising, pest management
- Safety protocols and industry standards
- Working as part of a professional, supportive team
- Paid attendance at TAFE

Pay: $14.73 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
