Senior Digital BA – Digital

- 5+ years of total BA experience.
- Strong domain experience in banking, financial services, insurance domains
- 1 end-to-end application implementation experience as LBA/SBA.
- Experience in programs involving multiple technology stack and integration context.
- Experience in working with frontend applications and user journeys (eg. AEM, ReactJS etc.)
- Experience in working with backend applications (case management, rules engine, content management etc.) and platforms (Pega, SendGrid etc.)
- Robust technical stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with BAU support projects, managing enhancement backlog, incidents, and platform requirements
- Successful business transformation credentials.
- 5 years of work experience in international markets (Australia, Europe, or the US).
- Experience with Agile delivery across organizations.

Good To Have

- Exposure to handling multiple dotted-line stakeholders.
- Background in process improvement.
