Key skills and experience
We’re looking for technically strong architectural professionals who understand how complex buildings come together and can translate that knowledge into high-quality Revit documentation.
You may be an experienced Architect or Senior Revit Technician with a strong technical and delivery focus.
- Advanced Revit capability and experience producing high-quality architectural documentation
- Experience working from Design Development through detailed Construction Documentation
- Experience delivering large, complex or highly serviced buildings, such as hospitals, airports, rail, stadia, large commercial or multi-residential projects
- Strong technical knowledge across façade, core and shell, base build and fit-out packages
- Strong consultant and model coordination skills, including coordination with structural, building services, façade and other specialist consultants
- Confidence reading and interpreting structural, services and consultant information and understanding how it impacts the architectural solution
- Strong understanding of construction detailing,
buildability and how details are actually constructed on site
- Ability to interrogate the model, identify and resolve coordination and technical issues, rather than simply documenting information provided by others
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary project team
- A master's or relevant tertiary qualifications, with knowledge of Australian standards and regulations
- Full Australian working rights and the ability to commence work in our Brisbane studio when appointed are essential
