/n Perth based Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction – ultimately ensuring long-term client retention. /n /n On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for /n /n /n

- Client service management

/n

- Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships

/n

- Managing complaints & Disputes

/n

- Cleaning team training & management

/n

- Conducting new contract start-ups and implementations

/n

- Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments

/n

- Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly

/n

- Previous experience in any service based industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required, however, management experience directly in the commercial cleaning industry would be a distinct advantage.

- Be fluent in both written & spoken English and have EXCELLENT communication skills

- Be an Australian permanent resident/citizen or have the right to work in Australia indefinitely

- Take pride in your work and have outstanding personal hygiene & presentation

- Be versatile with working hours
