/n International Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our Perth team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction – ultimately ensuring long-term client retention. /n /n On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for /n /n ·Client service management /n ·Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships /n ·Managing complaints & disputes /n ·Cleaning team training & management /n ·Conducting recent contract start-ups and implementations /n ·Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments /n ·Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly /n ·Previous experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required. /n /n /n To be successful in this position,
