Are you a target-driven sales skilled with a passion for relationship building and high-touch customer support? Puretec is looking for an energetic Area Sales Manager to join our team in Western Australia.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your designated territory. You will partner with local dealers, provide hands-on product training, and proactively uncover current opportunities to help our partners grow their business while smashing monthly sales budgets.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Conduct face-to-face selling visits and phone consultations with dealers to build long-term relationships, train staff, and grow territory revenue.
- Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, pricing, and solution assistance to empower dealers and exceed customer expectations.
- Serve as a key point of escalation for complex customer inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales trends, competitor activity, dealer feedback, and opportunities for new product innovation.
- Log all field activities and customer interactions within Salesforce,



actively participating in daily huddles and weekly sales meetings.

What You Bring to the Table

- Proven track record in field sales, account management, and dealer support. (Water industry experience is a bonus, but not essential!)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a bright, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot product issues, learn complex product ranges, and navigate cloud tools (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft 365).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to roll up your sleeves to meet territory targets.
