Synergie Australia is seeking an ASO8 Deployment Manager for a trusted South Australian Government client located in Adelaide.

The important parts:

- Pay: Competitive ASO8 contractor rates + Super | ⏳Duration: Up to 12-month contract
- Hours: Monday-Friday | Full time hours
- Location: Adelaide CBD

What you will be required to do:

You will play a critical role in a major finance transformation program, leading deployment activities for the implementation of a new Oracle Financial Management System across multiple government agencies. You'll work with senior stakeholders, project teams and end users to ensure successful program delivery and organisational readiness.

- Lead complex deployment projects and ensure achievement of program objectives
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple agency groups and stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, deliverables and reporting activities
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness initiatives
- Develop deployment materials, communications and workshop content
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues and delays as required
- Manage resources supporting deployment activities, including project officers and technical specialists
- Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and program workstreams
- Support governance reporting and go-live readiness activities
- Drive accountability and timely completion of project milestones

To be successful in the role you will:

- Extensive experience delivering complex transformation or ERP implementation projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities




- Experience managing deployment, implementation, or business readiness activities
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive and senior-level stakeholders
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and risk management skills
- Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional resources
- Knowledge of organisational change management principles
