Perth’s Outback Splash is looking for a confident, hands-on leader to join our Team as Assistant Guest Services Manager for the 2026/27 summer season.

Working closely with the Guest Experience and Merchandising Manager, you will help lead the daily operation of Guest Services, including admissions, Team supervision, training, merchandise, group bookings and Guest enquiries.

This is an operational role. You will be visible across the park, supporting the Team, solving problems and stepping into front-line duties when required.

The successful candidate will also be considered for ongoing employment in the role beyond the initial seasonal contract.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising Guest Services Supervisors and casual Team members
- Supporting daily rosters and Team deployment
- Coaching and training Team members
- Completing opening, closing and daily operational procedures
- Responding to Guest enquiries, feedback and complaints
- Supporting admissions and point-of-sale operations
- Coordinating group bookings and functions
- Assisting with merchandise and stock control
- Supporting first aid, incidents and emergency procedures, with training provided
- Working closely with other operational departments across the park

About you You may currently be a supervisor, Team leader, duty manager or assistant manager within tourism, hospitality, leisure, retail, events or another busy Guest-facing environment.

We are looking for someone with:





- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong Guest service and communication skills
- Confidence leading and supporting a Team
- Good organisation and time management skills
- The ability to remain calm and make practical decisions in a busy environment
- Confidence handling Guest concerns
- Availability to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays

Experience with merchandise, group bookings, stock management, first aid or attraction operations would be an advantage, but is not essential.
