About The Role As a Care Worker, you'll provide person-centred care that supports residents to live with dignity,



independence and purpose.

You'll

- Deliver personal care and daily living support
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary care teams
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming and supportive environment

Every shift is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day. What You'll Bring Essential ✔ Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related qualification

✔ Completed Online chat assessment after you submit your application

✔ Must have minimum two years' experience In Addition
