Assistant Manager and Pharmacy Assistant Roles | Full-Time | Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy

Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy is seeking to fill 2 positions and are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day success of our busy and vibrant store, and a Pharmacy Assistant to support the front of shop team.

About the Roles:

Assistant Manager

This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding results.

- Partner with the Retail Manager to drive store success
- Coach and support team members to achieve great results
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Support stock, inventory and promotional activities
- Assist with cash handling, reporting and administration
- Maintain high standards of presentation and compliance

About You

- Proven retail or pharmacy leadership experience
- Strong leadership, coaching and delegation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Organised, reliable, and results-focused
- Passionate about customer care and team success

Availability

- 38 hours per week
- Availability across Monday to Sunday trading hours
- Ability to work opening, closing, weekend and some public holiday shifts

Pharmacy Assistant – Retail

This role is ideal for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant who enjoys working in a busy retail environment and as part of a team.

About the Role

- Provide exceptional customer service and support customers with their needs
- Assist with stock replenishment,



inventory and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
- Assist with general retail and pharmacy operations
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy and retail team

About You

- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable, organised and a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential

Availability

- 38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday

Store Trading Hours

Mon-Wed & Fri: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Thurs: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Sat: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Sun: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
