As our stores grow so do our teams! We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager and Duty Manager with a hands-on approach to be involved in all aspects of our Cafes operations. These roles are based in our busy cafes in West Pinjarra Southbound and Northbound on the Forrest Highway. If you’re someone who likes to get the job done and can handle working under pressure, then we have a brilliant opportunity for you.

Assistant Manager - full-time salaried role averaging 38 hours/week ($72,000 – $80,000 + super + bonus + $2160 annual travel allowance).

Duty Manager – full time or part time role (up to $68,000 + super).

You don’t need years of management experience to apply. We’re interested in people who show initiative, reliability, maturity and the confidence to support and lead others. We hire for attitude and personality, and train for skills.

As part of the Management team you need to be able to juggle multiple things at once, work effectively under pressure and do it all with a smile. You will be results driven with a focus on achieving KPI’s. These qualities coupled with the right attitude is your recipe for success at Miami.

Full training is provided including Barista training.
