Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Keighery Hotel in Auburn. This is a hands-on leadership role across the venue’s bar, gaming room, sports bar and TAB. You’ll work alongside an experienced management team, lead from the floor and help keep this high-performing venue running at its best.

What you’ll do

- Take responsibility for venue operations as Manager on Duty
- Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Coach your team to feel confident in their roles, proud of their work and inspired to grow
- Complete cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting
- Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards

Who we’re looking for





- At least 12 months in a similar management role—hands-on gaming experience essential
- A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career
- A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
- Confidence with venue administration, cash management and reporting
- Current NSW RSA & RCG, with ARCG highly regarded
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
