About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity based in Wentworthville, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the residential property management sector.

As Assistant Property

Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our property management operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our landlords and tenants alike. You will work alongside experienced property managers to maintain our portfolio of residential properties and contribute to the continued success and growth of SAVAA Properties.

Key responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ensure all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations
- Arrange and conduct open inspections
- Conduct open inspections and private appointments
- Oversee the completion of tenancy applications
- Manage authorities and lease documentation

What we're looking for

- A high school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in property management or a related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the Australian residential tenancy laws and regulations applicable in Recent South Wales
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders




- Proficiency in using property management software and general computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for property inspections and site visits
- Prior experience in property management or customer service roles is preferred but not essential for candidates demonstrating strong potential
