We’re working with a well-established real estate agency in Brisbane’s inner city that is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience, learn from experienced professionals and work towards managing their own portfolio, all within a supportive team environment.

The Opportunity

- Competitive base salary + superannuation, depending on experience.

- Support an experienced Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.

- Assist with tenant and landlord enquiries, maintenance requests and lease administration.

- Coordinate routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and lease renewals.

- Assist with arrears management, compliance and general property management administration.

- Build robust relationships with tenants, landlords and tradespeople.





- Develop your skills and work towards taking on greater responsibility within the team.

What We're Looking For

- A current Queensland Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

- A current driver's licence and the ability to drive as required for the role.

- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.
