We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing hospitality team in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and operational standards.
- Support staff rostering, training, and performance management.
- Monitor labour costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies.
- Support sales initiatives, functions, and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory leadership role.




- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of labour cost management and restaurant profitability.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on management approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
