About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and focused Assistant Venue Manager.

The Applicant Must Be:

- Previous management experience, as well as hands on bar and restaurant service experience
- Key understanding of dining fusing food, beverage, music and service
- Hands on management style
- The ability to work as a team player
- Exceptional customer service, leadership and motivational skills




- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Administrative skills including budgeting, rostering and stock control
- Valuable knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
