Associate — Corporate Advisory

BlackBay Lawyers is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Advisory practice. You will assist with M&A; transactions, corporate governance matters, shareholder agreements, and board advisory work. This is an opportunity to build a corporate practice within a dynamic boutique firm.

- 2-5 years PQE in corporate/commercial law
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Experience with M&A; or corporate transactions
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail
