You will join our Strategic Performance and Implementation team within Investment NSW. The team sits at the centre of key business improvement, digital enablement and transformation initiatives that support the delivery of Investment NSW's priorities.
As the Associate Director, Business Enablement this is a unique opportunity to shape how a high-profile government organisation operates. You will lead the Business Enablement function, drive cross-branch collaboration, and deliver practical solutions that improve systems, processes, reporting and service delivery across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance data quality, improve customer experiences and embed innovative technology solutions. You will also play a key role in advancing the safe and effective use of automation and artificial intelligence across Investment NSW.

We're Looking For
- Business Improvement & Transformation: Extensive experience leading business improvement, digital enablement or transformation initiatives and translating business needs into practical, sustainable solutions
- Systems & Technology Leadership:
Experience managing CRM platforms, digital workflows, reporting solutions or comparable enterprise systems, with a strong focus on adoption, data quality and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery: Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering complex projects while balancing competing priorities and organisational objectives
