We are currently seeking two VERY STRONG testing resources for Program Delivery:

- Senior Test Analyst position: Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing is required.
- Automation Test Analyst position: The role will involve an even split of manual and automated testing activities (50/50).

Roles & Responsibilities: 1 x STA (with automation testing ability):

- Participate in Sprint / Project / Test Planning and Backlog refinements.
- Test Analysis and Scripts using existing Test Management and Project management tools(JIRA/Confluence & Test Rail)
- Excellent understanding of automation testing using WebDriver IO or similar toolset
- Develop business test scenarios in collaboration with WorkSafe Product Owners and Business SME’s in line with approved business process documents and work instructions.
- Execute System testing and System Integration testing in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME’s, vendors, and external service providers such as Service Vic, ATO, ASIC, Australia Post/Decipha, Computershare, PayPal, Westpac, and others.
- Develop Regression test suites in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME’s against Production functionalities, Maintenance releases, and other releases as required.
- Liaise and engage with the Automation team for Regression Test coverage and report into the Programme on a regular basis.
- Execute System testing and System Integration testing, and Regression testing in line with program release schedules.
- Assist with planning and developing test scenarios; coordinate UAT activities and enable the business to undertake extensive testing and sign-off.
- Raise defects in TestRail/Jira as per the Defect Management Framework and take ownership of defects through to resolution.
- Provide status reports relating to Test Coverage, Defects, and Execution Cycles using TestRail and Jira.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal business areas, Strategy Programme streams, and external service providers.




- Any other reasonable and related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Demonstrated verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Excellence in developing cutting-edge test artefacts.
- Extensive CRM/Salesforce experience is mandatory.
- Claims insurance experience will be desirable

1 x ATA (with manual testing ability):

- Extensive experience in test automation of UI and APIs.
- Conduct analysis of backlog test cases and test evidence, process documentation, and other for the purpose of developing automated test cases.
- Develop various automation test artefacts
- Build and automate test scripts as directed by the Automation Lead
- Undertake test automation using WebdriverIO.
- Input into Knowledge repositories, user guides, and transition to support documentation
- Follow automation framework, guidelines and processes
- Experience working in Java & JavaScript
- Must be able to undertake Manual & Automation testing.
- Practical experience - Salesforce / Claims / Insurance test automation background would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Well versed with Source Code Management tools such as GIT/Bit Bucket
- Creation of jobs in CI/CD tools for independent test execution (Jenkins or Azure DevOps)
- A thorough understanding of modern quality assurance principles and practices.
- Experience working in/with Working in/with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
- Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement & communication skills and the ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships at all levels
- Work with internal & external stakeholders as required to facilitate the automation of scripts
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated testing experience within differing types of SDLC, e.g. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, etc;
- Strong interpersonal skills to clarify information when creating automated scripts for progression and regression
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small, high functioning team.
