Selected applicants will be engaged as independent contractors and will be offered a competitive fixed remuneration of $1500 per week to manage a class of 18-21 students. In hybrid mode, any domestic and international travel and accommodation will be covered by ZettaCognition. Work Flexibility

- Commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week, 2-3 days a week.
- Fully remote or hybrid working model
- Requirement of a stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
- Availability throughout the week between 5 pm and 10 pm Melbourne time

Roles & Responsibilities: The Educator is expected to:

- Provide subject matter guidance and Conduct 1:1 academic support session
- Guide students on course content and assessments
- Perform assessment grading with detailed, constructive feedback
- Deliver timely, proactive, and personalised support to student queries

Engagement with students will take place via email and online platforms within defined availability hours.

Candidate profile:

- Unrestricted Active AHPRA registration to practice within the nursing profession.
- Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma in Nursing or a relevant discipline. A master’s degree in nursing would also be preferred.
- If AQF Level 8+ is not held: A Bachelor’s Degree (AQF Level 7) in Nursing, accompanied by 5 years of professional work experience preferably in a hospital environment.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant teaching, research, and/or professional/clinical experience in the Nursing domain within the last 5 years.
- An Australian Business Number or ABN, as a sole trader, or of the entity that will contract with ZettaCognition.
