Our client is seeking a dynamic Automotive Supervisor | Operations Manager to lead and grow an Automotive Services Business. This role oversees safe, high-quality, and profitable service delivery-including mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, and vehicle inspections-while leading a team of 8 direct automotive mechanics . You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, collaborate on future product strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience .

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and roster a team of 8 automotive mechanics in a culture safety-driven.

Oversee automotive mechanical and tyre operations.

Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, OEM standards, and legislative compliance .

Manage operational budgets, workforce efficiency, and profitability.

Udentify opportunities to grow commercial revenue and customer value .

Partner with internal strategy and growth teams to refine service offerings.

Requirements





Trade Qualified Automotive Mechanic / Automotive Tradesperson .

Prior experience managing staff in a workshop and the operations/fleet of the workshop.

Valid Australian Driver's Licence .

What Is On Offer

$120,000 - $140,000 superannuation

Full-time permanent position
