OVERNIGHT BAKER / BAKERY ASSISTANT
Jane’s Scrolls | Brisbane
We’re looking for an extra baker / bakery assistant to join our overnight production (weekends) and our bakery prep team.
This role is hands-on and rapid paced, helping prepare our scrolls for weekend markets across Brisbane as well as baked goods for our store.
Shifts
- Friday 10pm – Saturday 6am
- Saturday 10pm – Sunday 6am
- Monday - Friday (5am - 4pm) - mixed shifts
What you’ll be doing:
- Proofing dough
- Baking scrolls
- Icing & decorating
- Packing orders for markets
- General bakery prep & cleaning
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works well under pressure
- Is reliable and punctual
- Enjoys hands-on work
- Can work efficiently in a team
- Has baking, kitchen or hospitality experience
