Your new role

As a Bank Teller,you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstandingservice and support across a range of everyday banking needs.

Yourresponsibilities will include

- Processing cash transactions and daily banking activities
- Assisting customers with account enquiries and banking products
- Delivering a high level of customer service face-to-face
- Identifying opportunities to refer customers to specialist banking services
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with banking procedures
- Supporting branch operations and administrative tasks as required
This is apart-time temporary opportunity, working 5 days per week, 5 hours per day.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or banking experience




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions
- Confidence working with cash and financial information
- Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Availability to work onsite in Katanning, WA
