Bar Attendant | Water St Kitchen
We’re looking for a bar attendant to join the team at Water St Kitchen for Friday and Saturday nights.
You’ll be behind the bar in a fine dining room, pouring drinks with care, keeping the pace when the room fills, and making every guest feel looked after. You’re polished, composed under pressure, and take pride in a clean, well-run bar.
The role
- Friday and Saturday nights
- Casual hours, with the opportunity for more shifts as we grow
You’ll bring
- Experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- A valuable knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails, or a real willingness to learn
- A valid RSA (essential)
- A warm, confident personality and excellent communication
- Sharp presentation and an eye for detail
- The ability to stay calm and prioritise during a busy service
