BAR & GAMING CASUAL STAFF

Love hospitality? Love creating great nights out for customers? We want you! Young Hotels Group is looking for bar and gaming staff at our Five Dock & Illinois Hotels.

What you’ll be doing

Every shift is different, but you’ll be:

- Serving drinks and cocktails with consistency and care.

- Delivering tray service to gaming guests with a big smile.

- Taking orders, handling cash/EFTPOS, and keeping the bar stocked and presentable.

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and assisting with requests.

- Maintaining compliance with your RSA and RSG training.

- Keeping things clean, safe, and organised behind the bar and on the gaming floor.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have previous hospitality or bar/gaming experience (not essential).

- Communicate clearly and bring a professional, approachable manner.

- Stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.





- Hold a current RSA & RCG. Advanced RCG (ARCG) preferred but not essential.

- Are flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- Someone who takes pride in their appearance.

- Must be comfortable taking instructions and not use phones during shifts.
