Redcape Hospitality is looking for casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join the team at Keighery Hotel in Auburn.

You’ll work across the bar, gaming room, sports bar and TAB, delivering friendly service and getting to know the regulars alongside an experienced team.

Bar and gaming experience will be highly regarded. If you’re confident with customers, keen to learn and take pride in great service, we’d also love to hear from you. We’ll provide practical training across our systems and venue procedures.

What you’ll do

- Deliver warm, attentive service across the bar and gaming floor
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while following RSA requirements
- Carry out gaming payouts, cash handling and reconciliations in line with training and venue procedures
- Assist guests with TAB and Keno services
- Build rapport with regulars while staying attentive to the wider room
- Keep service areas clean, stocked and welcoming while following responsible gaming and workplace safety procedures

What we’re looking for

- Previous bar and gaming experience highly regarded, but not essential
- A friendly,



approachable manner and a focus on making guests feel welcome
- A willingness to learn bar and gaming operations, including responsible service practices
- Attention to detail when handling cash and following procedures
- Current NSW RSA and RCG, and aged 18 or over to work in the gaming room
- Availability for a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
