Small cafe in Prahran looking for a reliable Barista/All round team member.
Daily duties include
- prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining consistently high standards of quality
- operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders, ensuring optimal performance
- provide exceptional customer service, helping to create a positive café experience for patrons
- maintain clean, hygienic and secure work areas
- work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders
- assist with managing stock levels by ordering and restocking coffee supplies as needed
- handle customer transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- collaborate with the rest of the café team to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
Experience
- cafe: 1 year (Preferred)
