About the role

We're looking for an outgoing, reliable and customer friendly barista to join our team at Masons Family Farm. This is a excellent position for someone who enjoys working with people in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities

- Making great tasting coffee and food from our coffee van
- Taking customer orders and operating our Square POS
- Serving customers and providing a friendly experience for our customers
- Restocking shelfs
- Keeping the coffee van area clean, tidy and organised

About you

- Previous barista experience essential
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable and has a strong work ethic
- Can work efficiently during busy periods
- Prior POS experience not essential but ideal
- Available for at least 1 weekend day per week

About us Masons Family Farm is a locally owned farm shop located inside a The Gardeners Nursery. We stock many different products from fruit and veg to jams and preserves. We have a coffee van and a goat yard for our customers to pet the goats. We pride ourselves on our customer service and strive to provide a welcoming experience that wants customers to return. We are open 7 days a week and are looking to hire multiple candidates to work around 30 hours per week.
