Think wine bar, but for coffee. Mansfield Coffee is a reserve coffee bar in Caringbah, and we're looking for a barista who wants to do more than pump out flat whites.

We are known for experimental fermented coffee options for flat whites, espresso and cold brew. We rotate constantly and we even have a coffee menu laid out like a baseball card collection. We talk customers through what's in their cup. If you get excited about a new single origin landing on the bar, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do:

Dial in and serve a rotating line-up of specialty and reserve coffees across espresso and filter

Host guests at the countertop and explain origin, process and tasting notes

Pour milk consistently and keep the bar quick through the morning rush

Prep sandwhiches where needed, be competent across all drinks and food items, assist in dishes and cleaning tasks.

Be a gun on the POS, speaking politely with high energy.





What we're looking for:

1 year minimum of barista experience in a busy specialty café

Curiosity about coffee and confidence talking about it without being a snob

Must have silky latte art skills

Warm, easy hospitality with regulars, newcomers and their dogs

Reliable & punctual

Hard worker with a excellent attidtude!!!

Availability on Sunday with flexible extra shifts/conditions for the right person
