Join Our Team – Bartender at Foys Restaurant & Bar

We’re gearing up for a busy summer season at Foys Restaurant & Bar, and we’re looking for an energetic and friendly Bartender - to start immediately

This is a casual position offering approximately 15–30 hours per week, with availability for at least three shifts per week required.

About Our Venue

Foys Restaurant & Bar is a up-to-date waterfront dining destination located above the Sydney Flying Squadron, known for its fresh menu, stunning harbour views and buzzing summer trade.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport and is just a short walk from Milsons Point Station, Kirribilli Wharf and surrounding bus routes.

What You’ll Do

- Pulling and pouring pints confidently and efficiently.
- Providing fast and accurate dispense service for the restaurant.
- Serving guests directly over the counter.
- Preparing and serving wine, spirits, cocktails and other beverages.
- Delivering warm and efficient customer service.
- Processing orders and payments accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Assisting with stock replenishment, bar set-up and pack-down.
- Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams during busy services.
- Following all responsible service of alcohol and workplace safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For





- A current NSW RSA.
- Full Australian working rights.
- At least one year of bartending
- Confidence pulling pints and working in a busy dispense bar.
- A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills.
- A genuine focus on customer service.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a quick-paced environment.
- Reliability, friendliness and a team-focused approach.
- Availability for at least three shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience working in a high-volume bar or waterfront venue.
- Cocktail-making experience.
- Barista experience.
